Ali'ite Island is the most northern of the three Sisters islands. It is 3.5 km NW of Malaulalo Island.
Ali'ite is 2.7 km long and 1.1 km wide. It is covered in vegetation and surrounded by coral reef.
There are no villages on the island, which is home to crocodiles, lizards and flying foxes. The crocodiles like in a small lake in the north of the island.
