Fatutaka Island is an uninhabited rock in the remote region of Eastern Solomon Islands. Fatutaka is an extinct volcano with an area of only 1.6 sq km.

Fatutaka Island is rocky and infertile but was used by the people of Anuta for gardens in the past.
